Sb对镁合金组织和力学性能的影响

摘    要:借助SEM、XRD等现代分析技术分析了Sb含量为0.4%时对镁合金组织和力学性能的影响,研究了Sb对镁合金的强化机理.结果表明,Sb可以细化AZ91D镁合金的组织、改善Mg17Al12相形态和分布,并生成新的强化相Mg3Sb2;Sb在稀土阻燃镁合金中,可以减少棒状Al11RE3相,并形成颗粒状CeSb相,使镁合金的抗拉强度提高.

Abstract:The effects of 0.4% Sb on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg alloy and the strengthening mechanism of Sb were investigated by means of SEM and XRD.It was revealed that tensile strength of AZ91D Mg with 0.4%Sb alloy can be increased by 20MPa due to refining structure of AZ91D Mg alloy,improving the morphology and distribution of the Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase and forming a new enhancing Mg_3Sb_2 phase.The tensile strength of ignition-proof Mg alloy with 0.4% Sb can be increased by 64 MPa due to the decrease of bar-like Al_(11)RE_3 phase and the formation of particle CeSb phase.
