| 摘 要： | 基于GPS／GIS／GPRS技术，设计了机场特种车辆指挥调度系统，建立了车载终端与监控中心之间的信息传输，实现了机场特种车辆的实时动态位置定位。建立了机场特种车辆指挥调度的数学模型，利用遗传算法求解指挥调度方案，验证了调度模型的收敛性、有效性。该系统为机场特种车辆指挥调度提供了一种新的高效调度方法。
