| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对急性白血病（AL）患者外周血中P-糖蛋白（P—gp）、抗凋亡因子（Bcl-2）、肺耐药相关蛋白（LRP）表达的检测，探讨蛋白表达与完全缓解率之间的关系，耐药蛋白在正常对照组、初治组中的表达是否存在差异，外周血高白细胞数与耐药蛋白高表达的相关性。方法：应用免疫组织化学SP法检测LRP、Pgp、Bcl-2的表达，采用SPSS10．0统计软件进行Χ^2检验、线性相关分析统计结果。结果：白血病患者耐药蛋白表达阳性较阴性者完全缓解率降低。Pgp／Bcl-2共同阳性表达者，较某一蛋白单独表达者完全缓解率显著降低且2者之间存在相关性。3种耐药蛋白在正常对照组与初治组间表达差异有统计学意义。外周血白细胞数≥10×10^9／L时，LRP阳性表达率显著增高。结论：耐药蛋白表达时白血病患者预后不良，3者均与临床耐药相关。Pgp／Bcl-2 2者联合检测时较单独测定某一蛋白在评定白血病预后不良时更具有显著的临床意义。LPR对高自细胞白血病患者的耐药性和预后评定具有很高的判断价值。
