摘    要:开发了基于通用分组无线业务(GPRS)的农村电力线防盗系统,在电力线发生断路时,系统能及时向主站或电力维护人员手机发送报警信息,使工作人员能及时处理现场事故.系统主要由现场监测单元、GPRS网络、控制终端(手机)及管理中心组成.论述了各部分的设计并给出了系统结构框图,系统主程序采用循环结构.主循环中的子功能包括处理短消息命令、照相处理、传送图像、自发消息、删除短消息等5个部分,对各部分加以说明并给出了主程序框图.为保证系统安全、稳定运行,在系统的软硬件设计中采取了多种抗干扰措施.所开发的防盗系统适用性好.

Abstract:A theftproof system based on GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) is developed for rural power line. Once power line is broken,it immediately sends alarm information to its master station or the handset of its power line patrolman,thus the theft can be dealt with in time. It consists of site monitoring unit,GPRS network,control terminals(handset) and administrative center. The design of each part is described and the system structure is provided. The system software adopts recurrent structure,including five sub - functions:short message processing,photography processing,picture trans - mission,automatic message sending and message deleting. Each sub - function is explained and the flowchart of main program is provided. Several anti - jamming measures are applied in hardware and software designs. The developed system has excellent applicability.
