Abstract:Acid fracturing is one of exploration and development core technologies of carbonate reservoir in Tahe Oilfield. However, nearly half of the wells didn't obtain commercial oil and gas flow or only achieved a low productivity after one acid fracturing because of the effect of various factors. Conventional acid refracturing technology indicates low treatment efficiency due to the existing problems of small-scale fluid amount into well and serious fracture fluid loss. Uhralarge-scale acid fracturing technology further raises the length of created fracture, breaks through the operating range of first acid fracture and improves the acid fracturing producing rate through the increase of acid fracturing fluid amount and operating discharge rate. Based on the results of previous study, uhralarge-scale acid fracturing technology is optimized with laboratory test from the respects of operating pattern, pumping programme, operating scale and parameters. The problems of quickly-decreasing flow conductivity after treatment and serious fracturing fluid loss in the process of operation are effectively resolved during uhralarge-scale acid fracturing operation. Field operation results show that the optimized technology reaches the destination linking up the deep fracture and cave of reservoir. The measure availability is high and the increase of oil production rate is obvious.
