厚板轧机万向节疲劳破坏分析

摘    要:针对某厂5000 mm厚板轧机主传动系统的十字节多次发生断裂事故的问题,根据实测数据进行了疲劳强度分析计算,并对十字叉头进行了有限元动力学仿真,发现轧机主传动系统扭矩波动较大,并出现了单辊拖动现象,因此应消除单辊拖动,同时对十字节叉头进行材料强化处理。

Abstract:In view of the joint often broken of the main drive system of a 5000mm heavy plate mill,the fatigue strength of joint was calculated,and the dynamics simulation of the joint was carried out by finite element method.Based on these results,the torque of the main drive system was big wave values,and the single-roller drag was appeared.Therefore,some countermeasure were put forward,and the material of joint was strengthened.
