摘    要:以0.12%~0.16%(质量分数)C-Mn-B为基本成分,辅以Cr-Mo或Cr-Ni-Mo复合添加,采用粗轧大压下轧制工艺,并经淬火 回火热处理,制备出1 000 MPa级高强度钢板,其微观组织南宽度小于200 nm的细小马氏体板条组成,并含有少量较粗大的先析出自回火马氏体板条.研究了化学成份和热处理工艺对钢板力学性能和微观组织的影响规律.

Abstract:An ultra-high strength weldable steel with a tensile strength of about 1000MPa is developed.The steel has a chemical composition based on 0.12%-0.16% C-Mn-B and a microstructure comprising fine-grained martensite lath and a small fraction of predominantly auto-tempered martensite lath.The influence of chemical composition and heat-treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel is investigated.
