| 摘 要： | 东部欠发达地市高校由于其嵌于并辐射广大农村地区的区位特点,在农村建设小康社会尤其是农村人才培养方面发挥着重要作用.但地市高校受传统办学模式和发展惯性的影响,存在定位不准、定向不当、定能不足、缺乏特色等问题,制约了其为地方经济社会发展服务、培养"适销对路"人才的应有职能的发挥.我们对这些问题进行深入剖析以寻解决对策.
