基于组态的PLC虚拟教学系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了自行开发的PLC虚拟仿真教学系统,以液体混合装置为例,应用组态软件Kingview建立了模型,采用虚拟技术进行仿真实验。经系统调试与运行,证实了基于组态软件的PLC虚拟仿真液体混合装置的系统能够准确顺畅的实现装置的运行过程。以组态软件为平台的PLC虚拟系统,开发周期短,节省成本,系统稳定安全,仿真效果生动形象、实时性好,可以应用在PLC课程的理实一体化教学中,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:This paper describes a self-developed PLC virtual simulation teaching system, which, taking a liquid mixing device as example, uses configuration software Kingview to set up a model and uses virtual technology for simulation experiment. As verified by system debugging and operation, the PLC virtual simulation liquid-mixing device based on configuration software can accurately and smoothly realize the operating process of the device. The PLC virtual system based on the configuration software platform has a short development cycle, low cost, steady and safe system, vivid simulation effect and good real-time performance, can be used in the PLC course of theory-practice integration, and is worthy of popularization to some extent.
