摘    要:研究了稀土元素铈、镧、钇对化学镀钴-镍-硼合金沉积速度的影响。稀土元素的加入增大了合金层的沉积速度,其中,钇的作用最为明显,对其作用机理的研究表明,稀土元素的加入能促进反应离子在金属基体表面的吸附,改变金属溶液界面的双电层结构,降低钴-镍-硼合金沉积的阴极极化,从而加快了合金的沉积速度。

Abstract:The effect of rare earth elements such as cerium, lanthanum and yttrium on electroless deposition rate of cobalt-nickel-boron alloy was studied. Deposition rate increased with the addition of rare earth elements, especially when yttrium was added. Action mechanism of rare earth element was investigated. Results show that the addition of rare earth element accelerates the adsorption of reaction ions on substrate metal surface, improves the structure of electric double layer between metal and solution interface, reduces the cathodic polarization of cobalt-nickel-boron alloy deposition, and thus increases the alloy deposition rate.
