| 摘 要： | 市场经济的发展，要求产品必须具备良好的竞争力。对绝大多数行业（除垄断行业）的企业来说，引进先进的设备，是提高自身技术水平、增强企业竞争力的一种有效途径。但是，设备的引进只是企业发展战略中的一个步骤，还需要对引进设备进行科学的管理，才能有效地发挥设备效能，达到引进设备的目的。
