| Abstract: | With the progress of information technology and the multidisciplinary integration, Geographic Information System, Remote Sensing and Global Positioning System have become the forceful tools in EIA because of their strengths. The paper briefly introduced the characteristics of the 3S, discusses on the application of 3S in environmental impact assessment. And emphatically discusses on the prospect of the application of 3S in the field of EIA. |
