| 摘 要： | 本文着重对在当今市场经济条件下企业创新过程进行探讨；给出了揭示其机理整体创新过程模型，并就模型的现实性作了必要的阐述，认为：企业创新过程是在利润的驱使下，为了提升其竞争力，必须经过市场、产品、工艺、原材料及管理创新的一种内在联系的运动过程。

| Abstract: | This paper centers on the discussion of innovation process of enterprises under market economy conditions. It shows the integrative model which reveals the mechanism of innovation process. It also expounds the practicality of the model. This paper deems that the need for making profits and promoting competitive ability goads the enterprise on innovating, and the enterprise innovation process is a mobile process expressing the inherent relationship between market innovation, product innovation, craft innovation, raw material innovation and management innovation. |
