摘    要:从精馏过程热力学分析,精馏最小功,损失功讨论等方面出发,详细探索了精馏过程的节能途径.提出了优化操作条件、采用高效节能的精馏工艺和加强操作控制管理等节能方案,并初步探讨了塔系的热集成技术、内部能量热集成等精馏过程的节能途径.

Abstract:This paper investigated the energy saving approach in distillation process based on the thermodynamic theory. The thermodynamic analysis, minimum work and losing work of distillation process were detailedly discussed. Several energy saving approaches, such as optimizing the operating conditions, utilizing efficiency distillation process and enhancing the operating manage were carried out item by item. The technology of heat integration in distillation tower system was also discussed.
