摘    要:UV油墨中因含有光引发荆在紫外固化过程中可能产生苯,进而在印刷过程中对产品及环境造成污染。为了探究印刷过程中苯的产生机理.在生产线上和实验室中进行了光引发剂和甲苯的紫外光降解实验。结果表明,UV油墨光引发剂自身不合苯,UV油墨印刷过程中苯的产生主要来源于光引发剂和甲苯的紫外光隆解。为UV油墨印刷过程中苯产生机理的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Because of containing photoinitiator, UV-ink may generate benzene in the UV-curing process. Benzene will pollute the products and environment in printing process. In order to study the mechanism of ben- zene generation in the printing process,a series of experiment about UV degradation of the. photoinitiator and toluene in the production line and laboratory are carried out in this paper. The results show that ,the photoiniti- ator in UV-ink does't contain itself benzene,benzene is generated by UV degradation of the photoinitiator and toluene. The results provide the basis for study of the mechanism of benzene generation in the UV-ink printing process.
