| 摘 要： | 中国许多高校在发展中取得了一定成就,但高校的行政化问题严重也是个不争的事实。高校要想完成传播知识和创造知识的两大使命,就必须去行政化,而高校去行政化的根本出路在于进行民主化改革。

| Abstract: | With the developing of Chinese colleges and universities, the increasingly security administra- tion is an indisputable fact . To complete two major missions of knowledge teaching and knowledge researching, colleges and universities need de-administration. Democratic reform is the fundamental way of security administration in colleges and universities. |
