胶原蛋白及其用于组织工程的最新研究

摘    要:胶原蛋白是一组多糖蛋白分子的大家族,现在已被发现的有27种。胶原特殊的螺旋结构赋予它许多优良的性质:低免疫性、生物相容性、可生物降解性、止血性和促进细胞生长。目前.生物可降解的胶原材料是组织工程中研究较多的一类材料,广泛应用于皮肤替代物、骨组织工程和其他生物组织工程。对胶原蛋白的性质及其在组织工程领域的最新研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Collagen relates to a large family of different types of amylase proteins. So far, 27 different species of collagen have been found. Collagen molecule consists of three polypeptide chains twined around one another as in a three-stranded rope, this structure gives it many properties such as weak-antigenic, biocompatibility, biodegradable and hemostatic properties. Collagen materials are widely used in tissue engineering, for example, skin replacement, bone substitutes and other bioengineered tissues. The properties of collagen and its research advances of applying to tissue engineering were reviewed.
