| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定小儿复方甘草口服液中愈创木酚甘油醚含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．015mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液（含0．1％三乙胺，磷酸调pH至2．7）-乙腈（90：10），检测波长209nm，流速1．6mL／min。结果愈创木酚甘油醚质量浓度在259．6-519．2μg／mL范围内与其峰面积值呈良好的线性关系，线性回归方程为A=29978．9C-617742，r=0．9998（n=5），平均回收率为99．6％，RSD为0．97％。结论该法适用于小儿复方甘草口服液中愈创木酚甘油醚的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of guaifenesin in Child Compound Glycyrrhiza Oral Solution.Methods The assay was performed on the Hypersil ODS column （ 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0. 015 mol/L KH2PO4（containg 0. 1% triethylamine, and adjusting to pH 2. 7 with phosphoric acid） （90 ： 10） with the flow rate at 1.6 mL/min and the detective wavelength at 209 nm. Results The linear range for guaifenesin was 259. 6-519.2μg/mL, the equation was A =29 978.9C- 617 742, r = 0. 999 8（ n = 5）, the average recovery rate was 99.6%, RSD = 0. 97%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the quality control of guifenesin in Child Compound Glycyrrhiza Oral Solution. |
