摘    要:目前国内电熔镁砂生产工艺落后,能耗高、污染重,电熔镁产业亟待战略升级.通过对典型电熔镁砂生产工艺现场测试及热平衡分析,提出了电熔镁砂生产的节能途径.节能的主要途径是如何高效回收电熔镁砣高温余热和烟气余热,减少炉口辐射热损失.

Abstract:At present,the production technology of fused magnesia is behind with high energy consumption and high pollution in China,the whole fused magnesium industry need to upgrade urgently.Through the on-site test and the thermal balance analysis of a typical example,proposed the methods of energy conservation.How to efficiently recycle waste heat of fused magnesium lump and flue gases,and how to reduce the heat loss of the furnace mouth are the main energy conservation methods.
