甲基硅油基阻尼液的研究

摘    要:研究了不同摩尔质量及其分布甲基硅油的黏温性能,不同填料对以甲基硅油为基础油的阻尼液性能的影响.结果表明:可以通过不同黏度甲基硅油配制出黏温系数较低的所需黏度甲基硅油;加入聚甲基倍半硅氧烷粉末后阻尼液的阻尼性能稳定.

Abstract:The viscosity temperature behavior of methyl silicone oils with different molecular weight and distribution was studied.The effect of different fillers on the damping fluid was researched,too.The result showed that in order to get the required methyl silicone oil with low viscosity temperature coefficient,different kinds of methyl silicone oils were used.The damping fluid filled with powdersf silsesquioxanes performed stably.
