| 摘 要： | 目标化合物1-（4-甲氧基苯基）乙酮4-氯苯甲酰腙，由4-甲氧基苯基乙酮和4-氯苯甲酰肼通过脱水缩合反应制得，通过元素分析和X射线单晶衍射对目标化合物进行结构表征．检测数据表明，该新型酰腙为正交晶系，空间群为Pea2（1），晶胞学数据为口=0．8507（5）nm，α=90°，b=0．5571（3）nm，β=90°，c=3．2154（18）nm，γ=90°，V=1．5239（14）nm^3，Z=4，F（000）=632，R1=0．0317[，〉2sigma（I）]，wR2=0．0896．CCDC为826435．

| Abstract: | The title compound of 1-（4-methoxyphenyl） ethanone 4-chlorob-enzoyl hydrazone was synthesized bythe reaction of 4-rnethoxyphenyl ethyl ketone and 4-ehlorobenzoyl hydrazine. The structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. It was assigned to orthorhombie crystal sy-stem, space group Pea2（1） ,cell data：α =0. 850 7（5） nm,α = 90°,b =0. 557 1 （3）nm,β =90°,c =3.215 4（18） nm,7 = 90°, V = 1. 523 9 （14） nm^3, Z = 4, F （000） = 632, R1 = 0. 031 7 [ I 〉 2sigma （I） ], wR2 = 0. 089 6. CCDC is 826 435. |
