摘    要:目标化合物1-(4-甲氧基苯基)乙酮4-氯苯甲酰腙,由4-甲氧基苯基乙酮和4-氯苯甲酰肼通过脱水缩合反应制得,通过元素分析和X射线单晶衍射对目标化合物进行结构表征.检测数据表明,该新型酰腙为正交晶系,空间群为Pea2(1),晶胞学数据为口=0.8507(5)nm,α=90°,b=0.5571(3)nm,β=90°,c=3.2154(18)nm,γ=90°,V=1.5239(14)nm^3,Z=4,F(000)=632,R1=0.0317[,〉2sigma(I)],wR2=0.0896.CCDC为826435.

Abstract:The title compound of 1-(4-methoxyphenyl) ethanone 4-chlorob-enzoyl hydrazone was synthesized bythe reaction of 4-rnethoxyphenyl ethyl ketone and 4-ehlorobenzoyl hydrazine. The structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. It was assigned to orthorhombie crystal sy-stem, space group Pea2(1) ,cell data:α =0. 850 7(5) nm,α = 90°,b =0. 557 1 (3)nm,β =90°,c =3.215 4(18) nm,7 = 90°, V = 1. 523 9 (14) nm^3, Z = 4, F (000) = 632, R1 = 0. 031 7 [ I 〉 2sigma (I) ], wR2 = 0. 089 6. CCDC is 826 435.
