小剂量氯胺酮全身静脉麻醉对子宫肌瘤术后镇痛效果分析

目的研究小剂量氯胺酮全身静脉麻醉对子宫肌瘤术后镇痛的效果。方法将78例患者随机分成两组,即对照组和观察组,对照组常规给予利多卡因,观察组在对照组的基础上于切皮前30min给予氯胺酮。观察患者术后1、2、4、8、12、24、48h疼痛情况和入室前、术毕、术毕24h、术毕48h去甲肾上腺素(NE)和肾上腺素(E)的变化。结果观察组术后各个时间点VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术毕、术后24h、术后48h血浆NE、E含量均高于术前,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察各时间点血浆NE、E含量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论小剂量氯胺酮全身静脉麻醉对子宫肌瘤术后镇痛效果明显,可有效减少儿茶酚胺的增高反应。

Analgesic Effect of Small Dose Ketamine for General Anaesthesia after Myomectomy

Objective To study the analgesic effect of small dose Ketamine for general anaesthesia after myomectomy.Methods 78 cases were divided into control group and observation group.Control group was given Lidocaine.Before operation 30min,observation group were given Ketamine on the basis of control group.The VAS scores were observed after operation 1,2,4,8,12,24 and 48h.The level of NE and E were observed before operation,the end of operation,after operation 24 and 48h.Results The VAS scores was lower in control group than observation group in all time points（P〈0.05）.The level of NE and E were higher after operation than before operation（P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,the level of NE and E were lower in observation group,the difference between the two groups was signif icant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Analgesic effect of small dose Ketamine for general anaesthesia after myomectomy is obvious,and stress response after operation.
