牙周超声治疗仪与Gracey刮治器治疗牙周炎疗效的对照研究

目的:对比Gracey刮治器与牙周超声治疗仪对牙周炎的临床疗效.方法:80例牙周炎患者按照简单随机分组法随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组行Gracey手工刮治器治疗,观察组行Vector牙周超声治疗仪治疗,比较两组治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL),牙龈指数(GI)和疼痛评分.结果:治疗1个月后两组菌斑指数(PLI)、探针深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)及临床附着丧失(CAL)较治疗前均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后PLI、GI和PD低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后疼痛评分较治疗前均有所下降,观察组治疗后24h内和1个月后疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:Gracey刮治器与牙周超声治疗仪对牙周炎均有很好疗效,牙周超声治疗仪的疗效更为显著,值得临床推广.

Comparative Study of Periodontal Iltrasonic Therapeutic Apparatus and Gracey Scraper in the Treatment of Periodontitis

Objective:To compare the effect of Gracey scaler and periodontal ultrasonic therapeutic ap-paratus in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods:80 periodontitis patients were randomly divided into a con-trol group and an observation group according to random number table and 40 cases in each group. Gracey tra-ditional manual scaler was used in the control group and Vector periodontal ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus were used in the observation group. The dental plaque index ( PLI) , probe depth ( PD) , gingival index ( GI) and clinical attachment loss ( CAL) and VAS were compared. Results:One month after the treatment, dental plaque index( PLI) , probe depth ( PD) and clinical attachment loss ( CAL) , gingival index( GI) were both improved and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) , the PLI, GI and PD in the obser-vation group were better than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . The VAS were both reduced in two groups and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) , and the VAS in the observation group re-duced more than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Both of Gracey scaler and periodontal ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus has sound effect for periodontitis, periodontal ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus has better effect and it is of high clinical application value.
