摘    要:对国内外盾尾密封油脂的抗水压密封性和泵送性的测试设备、测试方法和评价标准进行梳理和对比。根据中铁五院对盾尾密封油脂的配方与性能的研究成果,结合我国盾构隧道施工中盾尾密封油脂的具体使用情况,推荐抗水压密封性和泵送性的测试设备、测试方法和评价标准,这对制定盾尾密封油脂性能指标的国家标准具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In the paper, the test devices, test methods and evaluation criteria for the water-tightness and pumpability of shield tail sealing grease at home and abroad are reviewed. Proper test device, test method and evaluation criteria for the water-tightness and pumpability of shield tail sealing grease are recommended on basis of the results of researches on the formulation and property of shield tail sealing grease made by China Railway Fifth Survey and Design Institute Group Co. , Ltd. , as well as on basis of the conditions of the application of shield tail sealing grease in China. The paper can provide reference for the establishment of China' s national standard for shield tail sealing grease.
