| 摘 要： | 目的: 研制八味首乌口服液并进行临床疗效观察.方法: 以白芍、女贞子为主药研制口服液,用薄层层析法进行定性鉴别,并以卡马西平片作对照进行临床疗效观察.结果: 临床治疗85例肝肾阴虚证耳鸣患者,总有效率达92.3%.结论: 本品制备工艺简便,制剂质量稳定,临床疗效可靠,可应用于临床.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study and prepare Baweishouwu oral liquids and clinical application.Method: Sample was abstracted with ethanol in water bath to prepare the oral liquids, qualitative anlysis was conducted by TLC, the stability was examined by remaining sample and observing methods, the clinical effect comparasion was conducted by the contrast method. Result: It is simple to the preparing technology is simple, the preparation quality is stable, and the clinical effect is reliable.Conclusion: This preparation can be applied in clinical. |
