支气管肺泡灌洗治疗危重症病人肺部感染的效果观察及护理

目的]观察支气管肺泡灌洗治疗危重症病人肺部感染的效果，探讨其护理措施。方法]78例危重症肺部感染病人随机分为观察组和对照组，每组39例，在常规综合治疗基础上，观察组进行支气管肺泡灌洗，对照组应用普通吸痰机常规吸痰。观察并比较两组治疗前后动脉血氧分压变化情况、治疗效果和不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果]观察组动脉血氧分压明显改善；观察组治疗有效率（92．3％）明显高于对照组（64．1％）；观察组无一例出现严重并发症。结论]支气管肺泡灌洗治疗危重症病人肺部感染的效果明显。

Observation on effect of bronchoalveolar lavage to treat critical patients with pulmonary infection and nursing care of them

Objective： To observe the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage to treat critical patients with pulmonary infection and probe into nursing measures. Methods： A total of 78 critical pulmonary infection patients were divided into test and control group 39 cases each. On the basis of routine comprehensive treatment, patients of test group accepted bronchoalveolar lavage. Patients of control group were accepted routine sputum aspiration by using common sputum aspiration machine. And changes of arterial partial pressure of oxygen （PaO2） before and after treatment, the curative effect and adverse reactions and complications of all patients were observed and compared. Results： Arterial partial pressures of oxygen （PaO2） of test group patients were obviously improved compared to that of the control group. The effective ratio of test group patients （92.3%） was higher than that of the control （64. 1%） group cases（P〈 0.05）. And no severe complication occurred among all cases. Conclusion： Bronchoalveolar lavage to treat critical patients with pulmonary infection has remarkable effectiveness.
