小青龙汤治疗凉燥型咳嗽51例

[目的]观察小青龙汤治疗凉燥型咳嗽的疗效。[方法]选择102例经西医诊断为急性支气管炎,中医辨证为凉燥型咳嗽患者,随机分两组。其中对照组51例服用敏感抗生素及氨溴索片30mg/次,3次/d;治疗组51例在对照组基础上加服小青龙汤治疗;疗程均为5d。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.08%,对照组总有效率为80.39%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]小青龙汤治疗凉燥型咳嗽可明显提高疗效。

Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the Treatment of Cold Dry Cough 51 cases

[Objective] To observe the Xiaoqinglong decoction treatment of cool dryness cough efficacy.[Methods] 102 cases with western medicine for the diagnosis of acute bronchitis,TCM is a cool dry cough patients,were randomly divided into two groups.Among the control group 51 cases take antibiotic and ambroxol hydrochloride tablets 30mg / time,3 times a day;51 cases in the treatment group compared to the control group on the basis of taking Xiaoqinglong decoction treatment;the course of treatment was 5 days.[Results] the total effective rate in the treatment group control group was 96.08%,total effective rate was 80.39%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of cold dry cough can obviously improve the therapeutic effect.
