| 摘 要： | 目的 建立简便和灵敏的双试剂自动化分析法测定血清铜。方法 在混合表面活性剂存在下，用2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)作显色剂测定血清铜。结果 该法线性范围0～80μmol/L，平均回收率为100.5%，批内变异系数(CV)和批间变异系数分别为0.019与0.024，与原子吸收分光光度法比较具有良好的相关性(Y＝0.991
0X+0.092 3，r＝0.992 3和P＞0.05)。120例健康人血清铜含量为11.52～21.96 μmol/L(±2s）。结论 双试剂自动化分析法测定血清铜方法简便、灵敏可靠，适合临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a simple and sensitive a utomatic methodof determination of copper in serum with two reagent. Method For determination of serum copper with 5-Br-PADAP in the presence of mixed surfactant.Results The method was liner in the linar range of the method was 0～80μmol/L. The average rate of recovery was 100.5%.The within-run and between-run CV were 0.019and 0.024.Comparing this method(Y) with AAS(X)，we obtained the regression equation.(Y＝0.9910X+0.0923，r＝0.9923 and P＞0.05).The reference range(±2s) was 11.52～21.96μmol/L(n＝120).Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and suitable for clinical application . |
