摘    要:目的]研究铁皮石斛的茎尖脱毒组培快繁技术.方法]参考其他作物的脱毒技术对铁皮石斛进行脱毒组培研究.结果]培养基为MS+ 0.2 mg/L NAA+ 0.3 mg/L 6-BA时,茎尖的愈伤组织诱导率和分化率最高.结论]该方法为今后进一步探讨铁皮石斛的脱毒组培快繁技术奠定了基础.

Study on the Detoxification and Rapid Propagation of Stem Tip from Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.

Abstract: Objective] The aim was to study the detoxification and rapid propagation technology of stem tip of Dendrobium candidum Wall. ex Lindl.. Method] Reference to the detoxification technology of other crops, the detoxification and tissue culture of D. candidum was studied. Result] The callus induction rate and differentiation rate of stem tip were highest when the medium was MS + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 0.3 mg/L 6-BA. Conclusion The method laid a foundation for the further study of detoxification and rapid propagation technology of D. candidum.
