| 摘 要： | 从肾小球光镜图象与上皮下电子致密沉积物、肾小球基底膜(GBM)厚度和内皮细胞窗孔的电镜图象4项指标就薄盖灵芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎的影响进行形态计量分析。结果表明薄盖灵芝注射液能减轻肾小球内细胞的肿胀与增生,减少其细胞数及炎细胞浸润而使肾小球明显变小;减少或清除上吱下电子致密沉积物,使其绝对数目下降;使增厚的GBM变薄以及使内皮细胞窗孔增大。一系列形态计量指标说明薄盖灵芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎有较明显的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of GCT on MGN of rabbits were analysed by means of the morphometry of the glomeruli in LM images and subepithelial electron dense deposits, glomerular basement membrane (GBM) and the holes of endotheliocyte in EM images. The results revealed that GCT was able to allevi te the number proliferation and swelling of the cells, reduce the cell and inflammatory cellular infiltration in the Slomeruli, which became smaller. Meanwhile, GCT could reduce and eliminate the subepithelial electron dence deposits with their absolute numbers dropped, decrease the thickness of GBM and increase the size of the holes of endotheliocyte. The above morphornetrical analysis made clear that the therapeutic effects of GCT on MGN of rabbits were obvious. |
