全容积三维超声评价人工瓣、补片、封堵器及起搏电极的效果

目的　评价全容积三维超声 (FVTDE)对人工瓣、心内补片、封堵器及起搏电极成像效果。方法　经二维超声检查确定的 71例心内有人工瓣、补片、封堵器及起搏电极的患者接受了 FVTDE成像。结果　二维超声共发现了 88处人工瓣、心内补片、封堵器及起搏电极。 FVTDE可立体显示包括 1例瓣周漏的所有 31处二尖瓣位人工瓣环和瓣叶、 19处主动脉瓣位人工瓣叶和瓣环、 1处主动脉瓣位人工瓣仅人工瓣叶、所有 5处三尖瓣位人工瓣叶和瓣环、16处室间隔补片、 8处房间隔补片、 1处房间隔封堵器和 3处右心内起搏电极。仅 1处主动脉瓣位人工瓣环、 1处主动脉瓣位人工瓣叶和瓣环、 1处室间隔补片和 2处全置换的房间隔边缘显示不清。结论　 FVTDE可立体显示绝大部分人工瓣、心内补片、封堵器及起搏电极 ,但成像角度、观察方向等因素可能影响其显示效果

Validation of Full-volume Three-dimensional Echocardiography on Prosthetic Valves,Patches,Cardioseals and Pacing Electrodes

Objective To evaluate the effect of full-volume three-dimensional echocardiography(FVTDE)on prosthetic valves,patches,cardioseals and pacing electrodes.Methods A total of 71 cardiovascular patients with prosthetic valves,patches,cardioseals or pacing electrodes,who were accessed by two-dimensional echocardiography,undertook FVTDE.Results Eighty-eight intracardiac prosthetic valves,patches,cardioseals and pacing electrodes were found on two-dimensional echocardiography.All of the annuli and leaflets including 1 paramitral leak in 31 prosthetic mitral valves,19 of annuli and leaflets in 21 prosthetic aortic valves,only leaflets in 1 prosthetic aortic valve,all of annuli and leaflets in 5 prosthetic tricuspid valves,16 of 17 ventricular septal patches,8 of 11 atrial septal patches,1 atrial septal cardioseal and all of 3 pacing electrodes were displayed tri-dimensionally.Only the annulus in 1 prosthetic aortic valve,the annulus and leaflets in another prosthetic aortic valve,1 ventricular septal patch and the margin of 2 replaced atrial septa were displayed unclearly by FVTDE.Conclusions FVTDE may tri-dimensionally display most of intracardial prosthetic valves,patches,cardioseals and pacing electrodes,but the effect may be affected by imaging angle and view direction.
