摘    要:研究基于键合图模型的多电飞机非相似余度作动系统的分布式故障估计方法。 首先,采用键合图方法对多电飞机余度作动系统进行建模。 由于该模型结构复杂,采用传统的基于全局模型的故障诊断方法计算效率不高,且扩展性较差。 为了解决这些问题,通过模型分解方法对全局模型进行结构分解,得到若干个计算独立的局部子模型。 其次,基于局部子系统模型,推导解析冗余关系进行分布式故障检测和隔离。 最后,提出基于模糊扩展卡尔曼滤波(FEKF)的分布式故障估计算法。 仿真结果验证了分布式故障估计方法的有效性。

Abstract:In this paper, the distributed fault estimation method of more electric aircraft dissimilar redundant actuation system based onbond graph model is investigated. Firstly, the bond graph technique is used to model the redundant actuation system of more electricaircraft. Since the developed model is very complex, the computational efficiency is low and the scalability is poor. To solve theseproblems, the global bond graph model is decomposed into local computational independent sub-models based on model decomposition.Secondly, analytical redundancy relations (ARRs) are established for distributed fault detection and isolation based on the sub-models.Finally, a fuzzy extended Kalman filter (FEKF) based distributed fault estimation method is proposed. The simulation results verify theeffectiveness of the distributed fault estimation method.
