煤矿机电设备监测系统的设计

摘    要:为了实时了解煤矿主要机电设备的运行情况,提出了一种煤矿机电设备监测系统的设计方案。该系统采用温度传感器、压力传感器、电量采集盒采集井下通风机、提升机等主要机电设备的运行状态数据,将数据统一传送到监测分站,监测分站通过RS485总线与地面监测中心的上位机通信,从而实现对煤矿井下机电设备的远程监测功能。长时间的性能测试结果表明,该系统运行状况良好。
