摘 要: | 测量分析了三种等离子喷涂的陶瓷涂层 (Al2 O3 、Cr2 O3 、Cr3 C2 +NiCr)的显微组织、孔隙率、显微硬度及结合强度等性能 ,并通过吹砂试验对三种涂层的抗磨损性能进行了比较。结果表明 ,在抗冲蚀磨损方面 ,Cr2 O3 陶瓷涂层优于Al2 O3 及Cr3 C2 +NiCr涂层。

Characteristics of Plasma Spraying Ceramic Coating |

Abstract: | The microstructure, porosity, microhardness and adhesive force of three plasma spraying ceramic coatings (Al 2O 3?Cr 2O 3?Cr 3C 2+NiCr) are tested and analyzed in this paper. The wear resistance of the coatings are compared through sand blasting experiment. The results shows that the wash wear resistance of Cr 2O 3 coating is better than Al 2O 3 and Cr 3C 2+NiCr coatings. |
