| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结与提高激光治疗鼻息肉的方法与疗效方法 :选择鼻息肉 36例 ,根据息肉大小、数量分别予以二氧化碳激光气化或激光气化加圈套扎除治疗。结果 :一次治愈率 2 0例 ,占 5 6 % ,二次治愈率 11例 ,占 30 % ,二次以上治愈率 5例 ,占13%。结论 :激光治疗鼻息肉 ,安全有效 ,简便易行

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method and effect of laser therapy for nasal polyp. Method 36 patients have been therapied by carbon dioxide laser or carbon dioxide laser plus regular method. Results 20 patients(56%) are cured after only once treatment.11 patients(13%) are cured after twice treatments.3 patients(13%) are cured after three or more than. Conclusion This method have advantage of more safey ,good effect, simple manipulation and easy to proceed. |
