| 摘 要： | 介绍了某燃气轮机电力工程V94.3 A型燃气轮机透平支撑模块的组成。结合实际工程安装经验,强调了地脚螺栓和基础底板、透平支撑腿安装的注意事项及预应力设置。着重对支撑螺杆螺纹卡涩现象进行了分析,其原因是螺杆中心与基础螺孔中心不重合,安装中必须缓慢拧入。

| Abstract: | A detail introduction is being presented to the composition of a V94.3 A gas turbine's supporting module.Based on actual installation experience,noticeable items and prestress settings for erection of anchor bolts,base plates and supporting legs of turbines are described,focusing on analysis of thread seizing of supporting bolts.The seizing was found to be caused by misalignment of the bolt centerline with that of the installation hole on base plate. Under such cases,the bolt should be screwed slowly and carefully. |
