双探头传感器可燃气体报警器的设计

摘    要:针对目前国内常用的可燃气体报警器的检测原理及结构设计的现状,结合可燃气体报警器在检定周期内存在安全隐患及缺陷的弊端,详细分析了催化燃烧型、双波长红外型传感器的原理和应用环境的优势,最终将两种传感器的优势相融合,提出双探头传感器可燃气体报警器的设计方案。该方案结合了催化燃烧型、双波长红外型两种传感器的优点,既可以检测出所有可燃气体,又可以检测出含硫、硅、磷等元素的气体,避免了双探头传感器因其中一个传感器失灵而引起的报警器失效,大大提高了安全系数。

Design of combustible gas alarm based on dual probe sensor

Abstract:Aiming at current situation of the detec tion principle and structure design of the combustible gas alarm commonly used in China,combined with the disadvantages of potential safety hazards and defects in the verification cycle of the combustible gas alarm,this paper analyzesl the principles and the advantages of the application environment of the catalytic combustion type and dual wavelength infrared type sensors in detail,finally integrating the advantages of the two sensors, and proposes the design scheme of the dual probe sensor combustible gas alarm.The scheme combines the advantages of catalytic combustion type and dual wavelength infrared type sensors. It can detect not only all combustible gases,but also the gases containing sulfur, silicon and phosphorus. It can avoid the alarm failure caused by the failure of one of the sensors and greatly improve the safety coefficient.
