安全仪表系统在石油化工装置的应用分析

石油化工生产在现代工业中起到举足轻重的作用,但同时石化生产存在较高的安全风险,一旦发生事故将造成灾难性的后果。为保证石油生产安全,必须增加安全仪表系统在石油生产中的应用,建立生产安全管理系统。就安全仪表系统在石油化工装置的应用进行分析并提出一些建议,可为安全仪表系统在石油化工装置的应用提供理论参考。

Application analysis of safety instrumented system in petrochemical plant

Petrochemical production plays an important role in modern industry, but at the same time,there are high safety risks in petrochemical production, once an accident will cause disastrous consequences. In order to ensure the safety of oil production, it is necessary to increase the application of safety instrument system in oil production and establish production safety management system. This paper analyzes the application of safety instrument system in petrochemical plant and puts forward some suggestions,which can provide theoretical reference for the application of safety instrument system in petrochemical plant.
