木麻黄制备重组层积材研究

摘    要:通过对木麻黄材料进行疏解、浸胶、晾晒、重组及热压等工艺开发了木麻黄重组层积材,并研究了不同密度的木麻黄重组层积材的耐水性能、静曲强度、弹性模量、水平剪切强度等方面的物理力学性能。结果表明:木麻黄可以进行重组热压,有工业化利用的前景,同时随着密度的增大,其物理力学性能也呈逐渐增大的趋势。

Abstract:A kind of laminated panel was made from Casuarina glauca materials.The physical and mechanical performances of the reconstituted panel under different densities,which included water resistance,modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity and horizontal shear strength.It showed that Casuarina glauca materials had a prospect of industrialized utilization,the physical and mechanical performances increased gradually with increasing of the laminate panel density.
