蟾饲五谷虫及五谷虫的研究进展

摘    要:目的综述丽蝇科昆虫蟾饲五谷虫及五谷虫的化学成分,药理活性及质量标准研究进展。方法查阅相关文献26篇进行归纳总结。结果目前,研究结果显示五谷虫含蛋白质质量分数为62.70%(本实验室研究结果显示蟾饲五谷虫含蛋白质质量分数为45.60%)、脂肪质量分数为11.20%、几丁聚糖质量分数为16%,另外蟾饲五谷虫还含有华蟾蜍毒基和羟基华蟾蜍毒基。具有抗菌抗病毒、抗肿瘤、治疗小儿厌食、治牙疳和口疮、愈合感染创面等作用,但是在制备工艺、质量标准研究方面没有报道。结论蟾饲五谷虫及五谷虫药理活性多样,但在化学成分研究方面、制备工艺方面和质量标准研究方面有待进一步深化。

Abstract:Objective To review the research progress of the chemical constituents of Chrysomyia megacephala Larvae and Chrysomyia megacephala Larvae breeded by toad, and pharmacological activity. Method Relevant literatures were summarized.Results At present, the chemical constituents from the isolated species, include 62.70% protein, 11.20% fat,16% chitin ,in addition to cinobufagin and cinobufatalin from maggot breeded by toad. Chrysomyia megacephala Larvae have the activities of antibacterial,anti-tumor and treating infantile anorexia,ulcerative gingivitis and aphtha , wound healing and other effects. Research on the quality standards and preparation technology have not been reported. Conclusion Chrysomyia megacephala Larvae and Chrysomyia megacephala Larvae breeded by toad have multiple pharmacological activity,but it need to further deepen the research on chemical constituents , preparation technology and the quality .
