AMI患者hs-CRP水平及外周血淋巴细胞计数与心功能关系的临床研究

目的通过对hs-CRP与外周淋巴细胞计数在急性心肌梗死（AMI）发作期间的监测,探讨与心功能的相互关系。方法随机选取健康志愿者32例（对照组）和急性心肌梗死患者106例,连续3d测定其空腹血清hs-CRP浓度及血常规,取其平均值为测定值,并用彩色多普勒分别检测出他们的左室射血分数（LVEF）。结果急性心肌梗死（AMI）组血清hs-CRP明显升高,外周血淋巴细胞计数明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;并且血清hs-CRP水平与心功能（LVEF）呈负相关（P〈0.05）,外周血淋巴细胞计数水平与心功能（LVEF）正相关（P〈0.05）。结论急性心肌梗死患者血清hs-CRP水平明显升高,与心功能（LVEF）呈负相关,而外周血淋巴细胞计数则正相关。
