单纯性室间隔缺损血清学诊断方法的探索

目的 探索并发展一种单纯性室间隔缺损的血清学诊断方法。方法 采用病例对照研究设计，用CM10蛋白质芯片检测56例单纯性室间隔缺损患儿和85例儿科常见病患儿血清，筛选血清差异蛋白，以血清差异蛋白质峰为预测变量构建单纯性室间隔缺损的血清诊断模型。结果 简化血清诊断模型ROC曲线下面积、预测准确率、灵敏度、特并度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为0、913、88.37％、97.06％、82.69％、78.57％和97．73％。结论 血清诊断模型能够较好地区分病例与对照，对诊断室间隔缺损具有一定的实际意义。

Investigation into the serological diagnosis of ventricular septal defect

Objective To develop a method for serological diagnosis of ventricular septal defect(VSD). Methods With a case-control design,serum samples from 56 isolated VSD patients and 85 patients with common pediatric diseases were detected by CM10 ProteinChip for searching the proteins that were significantly different between serum of VSDs and controls.The serological diagnostic models from the discrepant protein peaks were established. Results In the simiplified serolopically diagnostic model,the area under receiver operating characteristic curve,accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 0.913,88.37%,97.06%,82.69%,78.57%and 97.73%,respectively. Conclusion The serological diagnostic model can distinguish the cases from the controls showing practical significance for diagnosis of VSD.
