| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将251例患者随机分成两组，治疗组给予自拟中药内服，对照组服用西药止痛，两组均配合针刺。结果两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），两组患者治疗后疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组治疗后总有效率为92．1％，对照组为88．7％，两者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论中药配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好疗效。
