基于读者满意度的图书馆预警机制研究

摘    要:读者满意度是图书馆管理中的重要内容。图书馆预警机制的构建尤其应将读者满意度作为重要因素考虑进去。在阐述读者满意度的含义和评价标准的基础上,从读者信息调查和需求分析、建立读者信息数据库、分析影响读者满意度的因素、构建读者满意度评价数据库等方面进行了基于读者满意度的图书馆预警机制的研究,通过预警机制的构建,明确了现代图书馆的服务理念,为提升图书馆读者满意度、更好地搞好图书馆工作提供了参考。

Abstract:Reader satisfaction is an important content of library management.The construction of librarys’ pre-warning system should especially take reader satisfaction into consideration.Based on expounding the connotations and evaluation standards of reader satisfaction,this paper studies librarys’ pre-warning system based on reader satisfaction from aspects of the readers’information investigation and demand analysis,the construction of readers’information database,the analysis on factors influencing reader satisfaction,and the construction of reader satisfaction evaluation database,etc.,and through constructing the pre-warning system,makes clear the service concept of modern library,which provide the reference for improving librarys’ reader satisfaction and doing better library work.
