摘    要:介绍贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间一系统对生产循环水、设备冷却循环水等水循环系统进行了节能减排改造的一些改造实践。改造后优化了生产、创新了技术,新鲜水取水量和污水排放量递减,工业水利用率明显提升,真正实现了水资源的循环利用,既提升了效益、又践行了保护环境、节约资源的社会责任。

Abstract:This paper introduced the energy saving and emission reduction reconstruction practice of production circulation water system, equipment cooling circulation water system in smelting workshop of Guixi smelter. The operation was optimized; technique was innovated after reconstruction, fresh water feeding quantity and wastewater discharge quantity was decreased, industrial water utilization rate was improved. The reconstruction project really realized water circulation utilization not only improved the benefit but also practiced the environment protection, resource saving social responsibility.
