新型皮带轮的结构设计

摘    要:针对现有的皮带轮轮圈散热不好及皮带易滑脱等问题,研制了一种新型皮带轮:皮带轮的轮圈上设置有散热孔,皮带轮高速旋转带动皮带运转时摩擦产生的热量可以很好地通过该散热孔散热,避免了现有技术中通过增加附属装置来散热的麻烦;轮圈截面设计为向内凹陷的弧面或三角斜面,避免了因皮带脱落造成不必要停机带来的损失。实践证明:改进后的皮带轮结构简单、制造成本低、延长了皮带的使用寿命。

Abstract:For questions of pulley wheels heat is not good and easy belt slippage,developed a new pulley.The pulley wheels set on a cooling holes.Friction heat generated by high-speed pulley rotation drive belt running through cooling hole heat,to avoid heat by increasing attachment to existing technology trouble.The wheel rim section is designed to triangular bevel or inward depression of surface,avoiding belt off cause unnecessary downtime loss.It has proved that improved pulley simple structure,low manufacturing costs,and extend life of belt.
