主通风机在线监控系统的改进设计

摘    要:针对KJZ型主通风机在线监控系统在实际运用中出现的引压管路易冰冻堵塞、倒机复杂等缺点,设计了风压接线盒,解决引压管冰冻堵塞问题;编制了"一键倒机"程序,简化倒机操作步骤。在软件中加入了对变频器监控的子程序,并解决了变频器谐波干扰的问题。经过应用表明此改进保证了通风机在线监测系统的稳定性、可靠性和提高了系统的可操作性。

Abstract:In order to solve disadvantages that pressure pipes frozen,the complexity of exchanging main fan of online monitoring system of main fan,A kind of connected box is designed to solve pressure pipe frozen;the "one key exchange the main fan" program is writed to simplify steps of exchanging fans.The subroutine of monitoring the inverter is putted in software,and problem that interface of inverter harmonic is solved.This improvement has ensured stability and reliability of online monitoring system and also improved maneuverability by application.
