摘    要:轮毂单元是汽车系统的重要部件,其力学性能成为直接影响汽车安全性能的关键因素。通过对轮毂的各项力学性能合理精确的有限元分析,可以优化轮毂设计、保证强度要求、减少试验次数、缩短开发时间。以第一代轮毂轴承单元为研究对象,以ANSYS为工具,建立与轮毂实际弯曲疲劳试验相等效的有限元分析模型,并进行结构强度分析,获得轮毂单元的静应力分布,为轮毂产品的设计开发提供设计依据。
