Abstract:Technical measures for increasing heat efficiency and processing capacity of cracking furnace were introduced. It was pointed out that adopting high-efficiency burner and varied frequency speed governing technology of the smoke exhausting system to prompt fuel burning and to improve the distribution of heat flowing in the hearth of the furnace and control carbon monoxide content in the smoke is the efficient ways for energy conservation and capacity enlargement of cracking furnace.
