磷矿的电选试验研究

摘    要:清水沟中低品位磷矿性质复杂,嵌布粒度细,磨至-0.174mm 92.8%,通过振动—气流联合作用摩擦荷电,采用悬浮电选机经-粗-精-扫电选。可由含P2O5为24.47%的原矿获得含P2O5为30.23%。回收率为83.26%,杂质含量合格的磷精矿。

Abstract:The properties of middle grade phosphate ores in Qingshuigou area is complicated.After it is ground to -0.147mm 92.8%,the friction makes it charged by the integrated action of the vibration and airflow.Then the electrostatic separation flow sheet of one-stage roughing,one-stage concentrating,and one-stage scavenging with suspension electrostatic separator is adopted.The resultes of electrostatic separation are:the content of P 2O 5 clean ore is up to 30.23% while it's P 2O 5 of raw ore is only to 24.47%,and the recovery of clean ore is up to 83.26%,and the content of impurity of it is up to standard.
